I am a neutered male & I look like a Blue Lacy mix

The shelter staff think I am 5 years old.

Hi! I’m Jerome, I’m 72 pounds and I’m an expert at the curious head tilt! I love backscratches and showing off my smile to strangers. While my ancestors have a lot of lore - they’re mostly from Texas - my own story is more mysterious, but includes a previous stint at this animal shelter when I was still a puppy. I love long walks and am looking for a human friend that has an active lifestyle! I look good in a handkerchief, don’t you think? Let’s meet!

Don't I look like the perfect fit for you and your family? Find out how to adopt me by following the steps listed on the Adoptions page.
